Q) How Do I Clean This Mouse Pad?
Ans) If your just lightly cleaning the mouse pad a wipe down over the surface with a wet cloth should suffice, if your going to deeply clean it we recommend washing it by hand with warm water.
Q) Are These Mouse Pads Affected By Changes In Humidity & Temperature?
Ans) As mentioned above, the nature of water resistance on the mouse pads negates affects from changes in humidity & temperature on the mouse pad’s surface.( Waterproofing Typically Lasts Upto 6 months)

I ordered an XL mouse pad from from Muskom on April 30th which arrived on June the 3rd, the deliver time is simply way too long for a local service.
In between, the interaction was sub par as well. Most of the time I would get silence from Customer Support number, there were several for starters creating confusion.
Lack of proper updates, and long delays has been attorciously frustrating.
After all of that I was still adamant in supporting a local brand, although after I got my package which cost 3200 in total including delivery which you guys can make a judgment about, if that is appropriately priced, I personally don’t mind supporting a competant hard working team, emphasis on conpetancy.
To my diamay, my final moments of joy culminated in a disappointing unvealing of a mousepad that had a totally different design altogether. How do you get the design wrong after all of that…
The quality of the mouse pad looks alright for the most part, It’s abit smaller than I anticipated and I’ve definitely seen mouse pads bigger and cheaper in the local market. The feature that gravitated me towards the service was the custom designs aspect of things and in the end I didn’t even get to experience that fully.
Over all I am unsatisfied and disappointed. I will not be purchasing anything else from store nor will I recommend anyone to give it a try,
