(It is to be noted that for custom mousepads if a cancellation is made after a design has been printed Muskom will only be obligated to refund half of the order amount.)
In Some Cases where customers are unable to receive their order on the first delivery attempt, Further attempts at delivery may be subject to extra shipping charges (usually double the amount of the initial delivery charges), therefore we recommend that you let us know ahead of time if you’d like to schedule your order as soon as you place it.
Dispute & Returns (7 Days Return Policy)
Buying at Muskom.com is not risky at all. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Muskom receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, used or altered. Please also note that custom mousepad orders are not refundable/exchangeable/returnable under any circumstances
All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 7 days after delivery.
